At  Advika Silks, we take pride in offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, due to the nature of our business as a drop shipping supplier, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to, customer dissatisfaction, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

We strongly encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase to ensure that they have selected the correct size, color, and style.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide us with detailed information and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unboxing Video Policy for Order Issues

At  Advika Silks, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we require that you submit an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the package.

To submit an unboxing video, please follow these steps:

Record a video of yourself opening the package and examining the product(s).

Clearly show the damage or issue with the product(s) in the video.

Upload the video to YouTube or another video sharing platform.

Send us the video along with your order number and a description of the issue.

Please note that failure to provide an unboxing video may result in delayed or denied claims for damaged or incorrect items. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service to our customers.
